paper.
So here are all the questions
you should be able to answer at any given moment:
1 What is your corporate mission – why are you
in business?
2 What are your current objectives?
3 What is the “unique selling proposition” of
your product or service?
4 How much cash do you have in the bank at
this moment?
5 What payments are you obliged to make over
the next three months?
6 What are the names, contact details, and
personal likes and dislikes of your principal customers or the real decision
makers in their organisations?
These facts should
always be on the tip of your tongue. The rest you can delegate.
