Guy Kingston.

Having worked as a stockbroker for a number of years, Guy left the City of London for Moscow, Russia in 1992.

In 1993 he founded PXPost, which grew rapidly to become Moscow's leading private mail operator.

Guy has an MSc in Entrepreneurship. Aside from presenting the Mind Your Own Business Podcast, he is a specialist adviser on early stage ventures, helping out fellow entrepreneurs with their businesses. Guy is also an expert on why businesses fail.

John is a company director and management consultant. He is also author of probably Britain's best selling business book - the "Bluffer's Guide to Small Business", which has been translated into eight languages.
